Conclusion:

Overall I am extremely impressed with this case. The level of thought and quality put into this case ranks it among the best on the market. If you can think of a feature to include in a case, chances are you would find it on this one. Installation was a snap (literally, because pretty much everything just snaps into place). The finish on this case is absolutely gorgeous and is definitely a plus for those who like a bit of sophistication. Opus took features that other companies had failed to do right, like the toolless PCI card retention mechanism, and perfected them.

If I had to think of flaws, there are just a few things to mention. The most pronounced flaw is the poor action of the sliding panel on the front of the case. It gets stuck easily and just doesn't work well at all. Also, I'm still confused about exactly why the lower three 5.25" bays don't use the tool-less design of the other three. I put my 2 CD drives down there and had to secure them with screws.

I give the Opus MT-200 a 4.5 of 5.0 points because it is ever so slightly short of absolute perfection. It is loaded with enough features to talk about for hours, and the style/looks of the case are stunning. Everything is extremely high quality and there are only maybe two imperfections that I can think of, and they aren't even necessarily a big deal.
