Seasonic S12 500W Power Supply

Introduction:

The new Seasonic S12 series of power supplies was first released in Q1 of 2005. They conform fully to the ATX12V V2.0 guidelines, and support the latest Intel & AMD processors, PCI Express, and Serial ATA. The S12 in the series name stands for Silent 12cm, which this power supply does run near-silent under normal operating conditions. Another unique feature that Seasonic has included for everyone (US and European) is active PFC, giving a PF rating of ~99%. Most PSU brands only include active PFC on European models where it is required, leaving US models without any PF correction.
