Conclusions:

The SilenX 400W PSU is a very nice power supply. It has very stable rails and is super silent. The price of $99(USD) might be a little steep for some users, but you definitely get what you pay for, and the SilenX is well worth the investment. SilenX includes a 1 year warranty with all their power supplies. There were a few features we would like to see added to the SilenX PSU: longer cables would be a nice addition, and also a second floppy drive connector. Despite those few things, they have definitely made a very solid power supply. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a very stable power supply, for either a high performance system or just a standard PC. If you are considering going for the ultimate in a silent PC experience, but do not need that much power or do not want to spend $99, check out their web site at www.silenx.com where you can pick up some of the same fans they use in the back of the SilenX 400W PSU, or a different model of their power supplies. They offer power supplies from 300W to 550W.
