Taking A Look At The Fan Master:

The Super-Flower Fan Master comes packed in a sturdy box with a clear front window, so you can clearly see what the unit looks like prior to purchase. Super-Flower has labeled all the specifications on the outside of the box and listed all the included parts. There are also pictures of all the different setups you can make with the extra face plates. This will help in deciding how it will look in your computer case.

All of the contents come packed with a hard shell plastic case covering them. Everything is sorted and packaged really nicely inside the box. There is the main fan controller with 4 extra face plates and an extra clear cover. Also included are the 4 fan extension wires and 4 temperature probes with application tape. Each of the sensor wires is labeled with (CPU, HD (hard drive), Case, and a blank one).

The Quality of the unit is really sturdy and rugged. The knobs on the front of the unit are made from plastic, but have a really solid feel to them. They also are very sensitive, you can adjust the RPM in increments of 30 fairly easy. The included fan extension cables are 20" long, and the temperature sensor probes are 30" long. This will really help for ease of setup in larger mid size cases. You might run into a problem in a large full size tower case however, with the fan wires being a little too short to reach the back case fans. Some solder and extra wire could easily fix that. Just make sure to insulate the joints and get a good connection.
