With the optical drive holder out of the way you now have access to the hard drive tray. This tray holds two 3.5” drives. I would recommend using SATA drives as IDE would get very tough to work within the tight quarters of the case. One thing to note is this case supports dual 8800 series graphics cards in SLI. When using this configuration you must remove the hard drive tray and only use the one 3.5” drive bay in the optical drive bay holder.

Six Phillips screws later you can remove the power supply mounting bracket. This will allow you to mount the power supply in without having to squeeze it in with all of the other components. I would highly recommend a modular power supply with this case just because the extra cables will just end up blocking airflow if not. I had an issue with my modular power supply and the optical drive tray sliding out as my connectors were longer than a standard modular connector. The power supply will mount upside down or right side up depending on how you want the airflow in your case. In my situation I mounted it right side up so the 120mm intake fan on the bottom would suck the hot air from my heatsink out.

Finally we have the slide out motherboard tray. This tray support m-ATX and m-ITX form factors with standoff holes for both. The tray has three 60mm fan mounts with the two above the motherboard supplied by Thermaltake. There is an option for a third as stated before above the PCI backplane. Or if you choose not to use this you can punch out an portion of it for water cooling tubes. This truly allows you for extreme performance in a small form factor.
