Testing:

Test System
Motherboard: ABIT IC7-G Max II Advance
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.0C overclocked to 3.8GHz
Memory: 1GB OCZ PC4000EL Dual-Channel Kit
Video Card: ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 9700 Pro
Hard Drives: Western Digital Caviar 120GB
2x120GB 7200RPM Seagate SATA (RAID0)
Other: 1x 80mm LED fan
VapoChill LS Cooling
Memorex 52x CD-RW
DVD-ROM
Sound Blaster Audigy II Platinum

The usual testing procedure for power supplies is to take voltage readings off the ATX connector with a multimeter, but because this is a special case where the cables are all sealed I am unable to manually take readings. The only remaining option I have is to take software readings using the ABIT-EQ monitoring software provided with my motherboard. The hyper threaded CPU is loaded by running two instances of Stanford's Folding@Home The results at full-load and idle CPU are listed below.

Test Results
  +3.3V +5V +12V
Idle: 3.30V 5.08V 12.34V
Load: 3.28V 5.08V 12.34V

You can see that the rails on this PSU are extremely stable. Only the 3.3V rail dropped slightly under load.

I have been using this power supply for some time now and am very impressed with it's performance. I have not had one single performance issue with the power supply. Even with five hard drives installed at one point the rails remained stable.

The power supply remains quite cool and you can feel a significant amount of air being drawn through it, whereas with a lot of other power supplies the fans don't seem to move much air. And despite moving a lot of air, the fans are near silent and can't be heard over other devices like hard drives. My computer is on permanently, and the CPU under load with Folding@Home 24 hours a day, and still the power supply is cool to the touch and very quiet. My computer has been running in this fashion with the power supply installed since mid-September, so you can definitely expect long-term continuous performance from this power supply.
