FBK525 Fill / Bleed Assembly:

The FBK525 fill/bleed assembly with MCP300 pump is pre-assembled on a tray designed to fit in a 5.25" drive bay. This is a slight generalization on Swiftech's part as it doesn't fit in ANY 5.25" bay, but one with extra headroom (as the assembly is about 1.5 times the height of a 5.25" bay). The assumption is that the top 5.25" bay in your case will be taller than the others and will be used for the kit. Although the pump is pre-mounted on the assembly, Swiftech also provides some suction-cup folding feet which will allow it to be attached to a smooth surface. The advantage of this fill/bleed is that it eliminates the need for a reservoir and makes the process of filling a WC system a snap. Also, once the system is bled it is completely maintenance free, with no refilling needed.

The kit uses the same quick-connect system as the water block. The MCP300 pump is rated for 300GPH and is powered using with an AC cord and activated through a PSU relay kit. The relay has a special setting for filling/bleeding that allows the pump to run when the computer is turned off. This allows the kit to be leak tested after installation without harming the computer.
