TennMax's Lasagna BGA Cooler is top notch quality & performance for it's size. While it didn't keep our video card the coolest compared to some of the other larger coolers out there, it was certainly the most quiet, the smallest size (to where we didn't loose any PCI slots!), easiest to install AND remove, and darn it, it just looks cool too! These BGA Coolers have been very precisely engineered and assembled and they almost look like a work of art. The metal is very sturdy and the fan is a high quality ball bearing (no cheap sleeve bearing fans, yea!) mounted inside the cooler itself! The only minor complaint I can think of is that it only comes in the big  4 pin power connector and not the smaller 3 pin, that would of been nice to connect to the motherboard for simplicity. But I guess you can always buy the hardware and do it yourself if you are that determined.

Considering that the Geforce 2 GTS & Geforce 2 MX boards generate a TON less heat than the original Geforce 256, I think the Lasagna BGA Cooler will continue to be in high demand since you don't need some massive cooler that can dub as a kickstand to keep your video card running cool. The Lasagna BGA Cooler also excels as a cooler for your northbridge chip on just about every motherboard out there. It's a known fact that having a cooler northbridge chip leads to greater system stability, that's why all the motherboard manufacturers have mounted the infamous "Greenie" heatsink on them.
