Benchmark Results @ SPD Timings:

The only SPD info on the chip was for 250MHz @ 3-4-4-10 timings. The maximum speed these modules would run stable at was only 255MHz (5MHz past rated specs), increasing the voltage didn't help and past a certain point actually caused greater instability.
