Corsair XMS TwinX 1024MB PC4400 2.5-4-4-8 DDR Memory

As mentioned (but not guaranteed) at PC3200 (DDR400), the Corsair memory was able to achieve 2-2-2-5 timings with perfect stability! Since the motherboard has a vdimm mod, the lowest DDR voltage that can be set is 2.7v. Corsair doesn't mention what voltage is required (since it's not what the memory was designed for), however the 3200XL specifies 2.75v, which any motherboard with DDR voltage adjustment is capable of. At 2-2-2-5 timings, we were able to overclock the memory to DDR430 with 2.85v, any higher (even with more voltage) was not stable.

The memory was able to run just fine at it's specified speed (DDR550), voltage (2.75v), and timings (2.5-4-4-8), and was able to keep the same timings at DDR560, but required an increase in voltage to 2.85v. Loosing the timings to 3-4-4-8 and increasing the voltage (up to 3.2v) still do not run 285 FSB stable, however your results may vary.
