Benchmarks & Overclocking:

First we start out running the system at stock speed and the Kingmax specified DDR voltage (2.75V). CPU-Z reported the SPD timings to be 3-5-5-10 at a full 250MHz, so I had to manually enter the appropriate timings. I was able to run at CAS2.5 totally stable at 200FSB so I used that instead of the specified CAS3.0.

200FSB(800MHz)/DDR400/PC3200

 

At the full rated speed of 250FSB, still using 2.75V and 2.5-4-4-8 timings these were the results.

250FSB(1000MHz)/DDR500/PC4000

 

The highest 100% stable overclock I was able to achieve was 270FSB(1080MHz), with timings 3-4-4-8 and 2.85V. This is only 5FSB short of PC4400 speeds. You can see large leaps in memory bandwidth with every increase, and this ram is performing extremely well in my opinion.
