Although this memory is rated 800 MHz @ 4-4-4-12 timings, what we really wanted to know was how far this memory could be pushed. There is far more performance gain in increasing the clock speed than running at tight timings, so that’s what we did.

We started out at the rated speed and timings and increased the clock speed from there. The maximum speed able to be obtained at the rated timings was 895 MHz. Anything higher than this produced errors in MemTest86+.

Next, we loosened every timing, increased the voltage to 2.4V, and proceeded to find these modules' upper limit. At timings of 5-5-5-15, we were able to reach 1050 MHz. Beyond 1050 MHz, MemTest86+ would either crash or produce errors.
