Conclusion:

The Foxconn WinFast 755FXK8AA-8EKRS is a surprisingly good board based on the SiS 755FX chipset. In the past, SiS hasn't exactly been known as top performer, but their Athlon64 chipset seems to be a very good contender against the nForce & VIA chipsets. Performance was extremely close to the nForce3, however feature-wise the SiS is still a little behind.

Foxconn expects the board to have a street price somewhere around $100, which makes the 755FX8KAA-8EKRS an extremely affordable Socket 939 motherboard.

Overclockers / enthusiasts might want to consider this board if they are on a budget. However, the lack of various BIOS options prohibits extensive overclocking. For a regular user who isn't even planning on overclocking, then this board might definitely fit the bill.

There are plenty of USB 2.0 ports, Firewire, 8 channel onboard audio, gigabit Ethernet, and SATA connectors; this all adds up to a well-rounded motherboard. Foxconn also includes a full assortment of accessories and bundled software to get the system up and running in no time.

One of the biggest features missing seems to be the lack of memory voltage adjustment, without it many people would not be able to tweak their memory to its full potential. Also, it would be nice if the CPU multiplier option worked to allow for a higher FSB speed, but again without memory voltage adjustment a higher FSB is not necessarily desirable.

SiS seems to really be keeping on top of things, the 755FX chipset offers almost everything their competitors products do. SiS is even looking forward with their new 756 chipset which offer PCI-Express, however I haven't seen any motherboards available yet using this chipset.
