Conclusion:

The benchmarks show the Foxconn 865A01-PE-6EKRS to be top notch in performance, I am truly astonished. Beforehand I honestly didn't expect this motherboard to perform as well as it did, but Foxconn has made a believer out of me. This 865PE motherboard has shown to have all of the features common on high end motherboards, the performance is excellent, and the price is currently at low as $85 shipped!

Some good points about this motherboard are the performance (of course), ICH5R Southbridge for SATA/150 w/RAID support, Intel Gigabit Ethernet utilizing the CSA bus, excellent BIOS & bundled software features, and a legible and helpful manual. Some bad points about this motherboard are the lack of voltage adjustments for the CPU & memory, and the location of some headers might be too remote for cables to reach.

All in all I'm very pleased with this motherboard, I just can't say enough good things about it. The whole time while testing it never had any instability issues and has been running like a champ. If you are looking for a motherboard that has lots of features, good performance, mild overclocking ability, and you don't want to break the bank, then the Foxconn 865A01-PE-6EKRS could be the board for you.
