Samsung ML-2151N Workgroup Laser Printer

Examining the Samsung ML-2151N:

The ML-2151N includes support for standard 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet with wireless (802.11b) support as an option.  For the office environment this means that the printer can be located at any point in the office where you can lay an Ethernet drop.  There is no need for this printer to be attached to a PC, which helps to save time and space.  If you choose to the ML-2151N can be connected directly to a PC via parallel or USB 2.0 cable.

Laser printers have always been known to produce the best quality print.  The Samsung ML-2151N uses electro-photography which is considered "True Laser" printing.  This gives much sharper and crisper text than an ink or bubble jet style of printing.  Also laser printing does not smudge or bleed, even when wet.

The Samsung ML-2151N ships with one standard three prong power cable,  driver CD, a warranty card, network setup CD and two very comprehensive manuals (one for the printer itself and one for the network software).  Samsung also includes a toner cartridge so you are all set to start printing straight out of the box.

The ML-2151N paper try holds 500 sheets, more than enough for even a very busy office environment.  Most standard paper will come in 500 sheet bundles making refilling the 2151 a breeze. With support for many comman paper sizes as well as transparencies, card stock, envelopes, labels and postcards the ML-2151N is suited for pretty much every need.

The ML-2151N also comes with a feature called "Toner Saver".  According to Samsung, by pressing this button you can save upto 40% of the toner normally used.  I noticed no discernable quality degradation when using the toner Saver option.
