Benchmarks:

3DMarks 2001 SE might be one of the most popular 3D benchmarks. It simulates games and gives an overall score that is generated by using a formula to calculate the individual scores in each test to give the overall. We run the test using all the default settings. We only get a 2% increase compared to the 3.0C in this benchmark. Since this benchmark is heavily weighed on video performance, a small increase is expected.

 

Unreal Tournament is one of the most popular first person shooter games out. It also is one of the best looking games. We use the benchmark.exe file with the complete version of the game for our benchmarking. The benchmarks gives two scores, flyby and botmatch. The botmatch score is heavily dependent on the system performance whereas the flyby is more influenced by video card performance.

Another 2.3% increase in this video intensive benchmark.
