Backing Up Data (OS Backup):

When doing an OS Backup, the procedure is quite different. When the OS Backup button is pressed on the unit, a window will popup letting the user know how much space the OS is using, and how much free space is on the backup drive.

A confirmation screen appears, letting the user know the system will reboot to do the full OS backup.

At this point, the system reboots to a simple DOS mode, and proceeds to back up the data, displaying the percentage complete, and elapsed time. Once the backup is complete the system prompts the user and then it reboots back into Windows. I did experience a minor issue when trying to do the OS backup, I had to unplug the USB cable when the system rebooted, then wait to plug the cable in until it prompted for it. I discovered this (and other) common issues in the online FAQ for the F1-B.

The OS backup files are stored as a couple files in the base of the Backup folder. They appear to be compressed which is a welcome feature. Again, this is meant to be for a single PC only. If you backup one PC, then try backing up a different PC, there really isn't any way to differentiate / label the backups.
