SkyHawk IMC6375 865G SFF Platform

Inside of the IMC6375:

The inside of the IMC6375 packs a lot of features into a very small space. The motherboard is based on the Intel 865G chipset, which features integrated Intel Extreme Graphics 2 video. The Southbridge utilizes the Intel ICH5 chip, which provides SATA-150, however no raid capability. 6 Channel AC '97 audio is provided via a C-Media CMI9761A chip. Firewire is provided from the VIA VT6307S chip. Super I/O and hardware monitoring is provided by the Winbond W83627HF-AW chip. 10/100Mb Ethernet is controlled by the Realtek RTL8100BL chip.

There is a single PCI slot, and an AGP slot located on the edge of the motherboard. The AGP slot is on the outside, preventing the use of some oversized heatsinks.

The primary hard drive bay can be seen on the right side of the chassis, it mounts perpendicular to the other two drive bays.

The power supply is a special design to fit in this small chassis, it is rated for 250W and has active PFC. Besides the main 20pin ATX & 4pin +12V power connectors there are 2 x 4pin and 2 x FDD connectors, and a single SATA connector. An optional 300W power supply can be purchased.

The included cooling fan mounts on the right side near the rear of the chassis. It actually does a pretty decent job helping to exhaust hot air, however an additional fan does mean additional noise.
