Overclocking:

For overclocking, we used the registry hack to enable Coolbits. Coolbits is very easy to use and pretty self explanatory. Starting with the core, we went in small increments testing for stability using 3DMarks 2001 SE. Then we do the same process on the memory and then finally overclock both to make sure the card can handle both settings. The maximum overclock that we could achieve was 386MHz on the core and 703MHz on the memory. This is fairly impressive overclock giving a good performance boost in 3DMarks. We can say that this overclock is thanks to the nice GPU cooler that keeps the FX5200 Ultra core nice and cool and the good sized memory heatsinks as well. Of course results will differ on room temperatures and other various factors such as voltages, motherboard, etc.
