Benchmarks:

Quake III Arena is a pretty old game. Even though the scores with today's hardware are outrageous, a number of people still like the game and use it to check out their performance. We use Q3Bench to run the tests at three resolutions using the MAX configuration, running all the tests three times to ensure accuracy.

 

Unreal Tournament 2003 might be one of today's best looking computer games. This first person shooter requires a good video card to enjoy high frame rates with quality settings. We use the built in benchmark utility found in the system folder of the full version game. Note that we only report the FlyBy numbers because they are more video card dependent whereas the BotMatch scores are a little more system dependent.

The Dell Vostro 200 mini tower computer comes with a 20" LCD and a free upgrade to 2GB of memory. Although the hard drive is a bit small, upgrading to a 160GB unit is just $10 more or $30 if you want to go up to 250GB!
