CPU: Intel Pentium 4 1.6A@ @ 2.56GHz (160FSB)
Memory: GEIL 512MB PC3500 @ 427MHz
OS: Windows XP w/SP1

The MSI Ti4800SE will be compared to the ABIT Siluro GF4 Ti4200-8X OTES, PNY GeForce 4 Ti 4600, and a VisionTek GeForce 3. 3DMark 2001 needs to explanation, it is one of the de-facto video benchmarking tools. Q3Bench is a nifty program that automates and standardizes testing Q3A. You can choose which resolutions to run, and also how many times you want to run each test (and it will take the average). Code Creatures is a really heavy graphics engine which stresses video cards to the max.

 

3D Mark 2001 SE:

The default 3DMarks score (that most people compare against) are1024x768 with no Anti-Aliasing (AA) and no Anisotropic Filtering (AF), I also included 1280x1024 & 1600x1200 because some people like the higher resolutions too.
